12-hour Monthly Development Plan
- Two sessions per week (90 minutes each) of Zone It Up HItting Program
- Or, one session on Saturday (3 hours)
- 3-month minimum commitment
18-hour Monthly Development Plan
- Three sessions per week:
- Two sessions per week (90 minutes each) of Zone It Up HItting Program
- One additional session per week in hitting OR different program of player's choice (pitching, catching, hitting or fielding)
- 3-month minimum commitment
All players must complete an initial evaluation which includes:
- Mobility screening, core test, stability test
- Arm care test
- Visual test
- Bio-mechanical, video analyzation
- Athletic testing
