Top Gun Pitching


One of our most popular programs, the Top Gun Pitching Program is designed to improve arm strength, mobility, explosiveness, and pitching mechanics, through proper arm care routines and efficient movement patterns. Our Top Gun Pitching Program (ages 14 and up) and Top Gun Pitching Junior Program (ages 11-13) are powered by:

STEP #1: DEVELOP ELITE MECHANICS 

The 3X Mechanics Guides and the 3X Drills will help you diagnose and develop the 100mph pitching biomechanics. Move to Step #2 if your body is restricting you from implementing the 100mph biomechanics.

STEP #3: DEVELOP REPEATABILITY

The comprehensive programming of all aspects of the elite high-velocity pitcher in the 3X Pitching Velocity Program will not only develop the 100mph biomechanics but will condition you to develop consistency and repeatability in your mechanics.

STEP #2: DEVELOP ELITE ATHLETICISM

The Fusion System in the 3X Pitching Velocity Program will help you develop the mobility, speed, strength, power and motor control needed to implement 100mph biomechanics. Step #3 will help you make these mechanics more consistent.
